Kids Karate Programs
Our Kids Karate Programs are structured around teaching Life Skills - confidence, self-discipline, concentration, respect - the things your child will need to excel in life. We feature programs for two separate age groups: Novice Karate for 4-5 year olds and Junior Karate for 6-12 year olds.
Self defence is also an element of the training but unlike some schools, Canada's Best Karate kids learn much more beyond the physical aspects through our School Safe / Street Safe Program, such as how to deal with conflict/bullies before it becomes a fight and recognizing unwanted attention from strangers.
Teen & Adult Karate / Kickboxing Program
Our Teen & Adult Karate / Kickboxing Program feature a wide range of training methods to get - and keep - you fit, healthy and energized. Techniques from karate, judo, kick boxing, jujitsu, wrestling are all combined to create a system that is fun, challenging and effective in a variety of situations.
