Parents, now you can share some quality time with your child, keep active and have fun all at the same time!

Family Training at Canada's Best Karate is a 30 minute class every Saturday where our Jr karate members (ages 6 - 12 years) and one parent come to train in the art of karate.  Under the guidance of a black belt instructor, you and your child will enjoy practicing together as you learn blocks, strikes and kicks.
